Guus Pijpers is founder and director of Acuerdis and associate professor of information behaviour at TiasNimbas Business School in Tilburg. One of my fellow students already in 2010 asked my attention for one of Guus Pijpers' articles, about information properties. Also in the media I saw his name appear several times when it was about information behaviour and information illnesses. That's why I decided to contact him and see if he was willing to participate. Only two weeks after my initial phone call we met in Eindhoven. Guus reserved a meeting room in Kennispoort and we had an extensive conversation about his expertise.
